Aberturret Cottage

Nestled in the grounds of Aberturret House in rural Perthshire, surrounded by woodland and within easy driving distance of the Highlands of Scotland, this traditional cottage provides a comfortable stay for all.

Dating back to the nineteenth-century, the cottage sleeps up to five people and comprises three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (including one on the ground floor) and an open plan dining and sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchen. Guests have full use of the satellite television, DVD player, washing machine and drying room during their stay. The cottage has it’s own one-acre private garden, which has a summer house and river running through it. The cottage also has private parking and a bike store.

Just one-mile outside of Crieff, the cottage is ideally situated for all necessary amenities, including shops, restaurants, art galleries and banks. In the heart of the Lowland countryside, guests have a wide variety of activities available such as walking, cycling, golf, fishing and horse riding. The area is abundant in history, providing a great many castles and stately homes to visit. Aberturret Cottage is just a stone’s throw from the oldest whisky distillery in Scotland - Glen Turret, the home of Famous Grouse whisky. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are within a one hour drive. For younger families, you are also within easy reach of wildlife parks, a safari and Leisure Park, a swimming pool and plenty of parkland.

All bed-linen and towels are provided. Dogs are also welcome.
